Royce Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd was formed in 1990, and initially traded as Z & S Cleaning.

The company was registered in 1995 and in September 1998, Royce Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd was certified Quality Assured under the provisions of Australian Standards (AS9002 Lic. 11589), and in 2003 Royce updated to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, then to IOS 9001:2008 in 2009 (Lic. QEC11589).

The company has experienced solid growth and now employs in excess of one hundred and twenty staff including administration, service providers and cleaning personnel.

The original proprietors still own the business. They maintain a hands on approach and continue to run this viable operation on a day to day basis through management, operations and customer service.

With continued expansion in the cleaning of all categories of property – commercial, office, retail, hotel and leisure, medical, industrial and high rise residential, we have ensured a lasting and viable company.

Our expansion of additional services has provided company growth in waste management, hygiene service, window and façade cleaning, maintenance services, & product supplies for all principle property types.

Our pricing has always been based on the relativity of cost, and standard of service – price is what you pay – value is what you get, to that end we provide substantial $aving as well as fixed pricing for all our clients.
