Royce Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services Pty Ltd , including any employee, service providers & sub-contractors shall at all times comply with all statutory laws, regulations, lawful directions, treaties, agreements, conventions or environmental policies pursuant to, or consistent with, the provisions contained within all Environmental Legislation enforceable within the State of New South Wales.

When performing any duty associated with the performance of works, we shall minimise the production of waste and where possible use products manufactured from recycled materials.

Royce encourages our clients to use recycled products and/or partially recycled products whenever possible, waterless urinal solutions & recycle waste removal.

Royce Cleaning & Property Maintenace Service Pty Ltd, use environmentally friendly products, safe to use, and neutral based. We believe that harsh chemicals should not be required, if the cleaning is done correctly.

To help reduce our carbon footprint we: Issue all invoices electronically. Issues small supply orders together with the service staff, thus ensuring a single site visits. Limit transport of products by having items delivered directly from our suppliers. Limit transporting of products through single monthly deliveries where possible.

Through the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and practices in our working environment, we help save the environment.
